Shipping is subject to a fee for each order subject to discount coupons for delivery and / or products in which the delivery has been marked as free.
The standard delivery time of the product is around 2-5 working days from the date of shipment.
Shipment time and delivery depends on the article and on the country of shipment. For Italy the shipment cost is:
10€ for 0-2kg packages
€ 17 for 2-5 kg packages
€ 25 for 5-10 kg packages
€ 35 for +10kg packages
The shipping time of the items varies depending on the availability in stock.
For basic items the shipping time varies between 1 and 4 weeks, while for customized items (colors, materials, logos or non-standard quantities) the production times vary between 4 and 8 weeks.
RETURNS and WITHDRAWAL
• Since it is important for us that you are satisfied with the product you have ordered, the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
• This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, it will be sufficient for you to notify us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of delivery of the product, without giving us any reason. If your order includes multiple products that have been delivered separately, the aforementioned period will run from the delivery date of the last item.
• You can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us that you intend to return the products, by sending us an email to Sales@boxia.it, or you can use any other unequivocal means of communication (eg letter sent by post or certified e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
• The products must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.
• Make sure the products you are returning are complete (for example, you are returning both items of a pair) and have not been tampered with. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we ask you not to use it other than that reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not. This means that you can try on the products to check their fit and size, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event that failure to comply with these instructions results in a reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for this reduction in value.
• By informing us that you wish to return a product, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged. Delivery costs will be refunded in full if the reason for the return is attributable to our error (different sizes and / or colors and / or obvious problems of the product), while they will be excluded in the case of returning products due to lack of satisfaction.
• In the case of personalized or custom products, the refund can only be made due to evident manufacturing errors and / or manufacturing defects and / or failure to comply with what was communicated for the creation of the product. In this case, Boxia will take care of creating and resending the purchased product at no additional cost for the buyer.
• We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• In some particular periods, for example during the holiday periods, we can, without any obligation, extend the withdrawal period. In these cases we will clearly communicate it on our site by applying the same conditions as above, except for the period of 30 days which will be replaced by the extended period indicated.

We want the purchase of your favorite Boxia products to be convenient and fast, and we accept the following payment methods:

Payment will be charged upon receipt of the order. If the order includes multiple shipments, you will see a common charge for all requested items. When placing an order, an initial authorization is required for the amount of the entire order. This is a temporary suspension of funds that will be automatically canceled within a few days.
